Dining
Fine, low-calorie dining can be enjoyed at L'Hirondelle, thanks to the expertise of Chef Jean-Claude Brugel. Nutrition and flavour combine across the menu, which can be enjoyed over views of the Port and Rock from the terrace. Chef Benoît Witz heads things up at Le Vistamar, where you can enjoy a Michelin-starred menu either within the Pierre Yves Rochon-designed interiors or out on the terrace.
Crystal Bar is a stylish space that'll tempt you to relax with a drink after dinner, and the Crystal Terrace offers lovely views from an attractive garden-inspired setting. Decadent afternoon teas can be enjoyed in Le Limùn, which offers a refined ambience thanks to the ornate traditional décor.
Spa
Thermes Marins Monte Carlo is lavishly spread over 7,000 square metres, offering an unrivalled slice of relaxation in the city. There's a large indoor pool that's surrounded by loungers, as well as a spacious solarium on the sun-drenched terrace. The treatments here range from relaxing massages to anti-ageing techniques. There's also a large fitness room equipped with up-to-date TechnoGym machines, and it's flooded with natural light, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows.
Location
Hôtel Hermitage is situated in Monte Carlo's centre, just a five-minute walk from Casino Monte Carlo and Casino Café de Paris. You'll also find the designer stores of Hermès, Prada, Cartier and Louis Vuitton (amongst others) just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel faces Square Beaumarchais and you can enjoy views over the Mediterranean Sea from the rear terraces. Nice-Côte d’Azur International airport is around half an hour away by car, and the Nice-Monaco Heli Air pad is just a seven-minute drive from the hotel.
