HYKE is made in England using grape spirit produced from internationally sourced, fresh table grapes that are surplus to the requirements of the supermarket supply chain.

The grape spirit is blended with grain spirit and flavoured with a unique blend of botanicals inspired by the grapes’ global origins, including coriander, myrrh and rooibos for a bold flavour profile.

The result is a one-of-a kind gin that can be enjoyed as part of your favourite gin and tonic, in any gin-based cocktail, or in some of our other delicious signature cocktails.
