Our smoked salmon is cured by The Cornish Fishmonger to a special family recipe and smoked over natural oak chippings, before being cut into melt-in-the-mouth ready-to-eat slices.

Salmon is gorgeous when smoked due to its high fat content taking on all those lovely complex flavours from the oak chips.

Hand smoked to our own cure, in our very own kilns, each salmon side is hand checked for quality before being sliced in a variety of ways to suit your needs.

Our Mussels have been slow-smoked to our own home-cure recipe over oak woodchips.

Sourced exclusively for us from a sustainable fishery near Boscastle, our hot oak smoked trout fillets are prepared and home cured to our own special recipe. Ready to eat, deliciously moist and with a light smoky flavour, our multi-award winning hot smoked trout fillets are perfect for flaking into warm salads, enjoying on toast with a gooey poached egg, or simply enjoying as part of a pretty picnic spread.

Our award-winning home smoked kippers are made from winter catches of Cornish herring, naturally cured with no artificial additives or preservatives - just salt and oak chippings.

Rick Stein selected our kippers for his restaurants, describing them as having the best flavour by far – we think that’s a very worthy endorsement!

Kippers make a lovely weekend breakfast served with poached eggs and some wilted spinach and some vine roasted cherry tomatoes.

Kippers are good for you too, containing an abundance of omega 3 and omega 6 for bone and heart health, plus they’re packed with protein to really fill you up.

The simplicity of using just oak and salt, means our haddock has an authentic flavour free from artificial preservatives or harsh chemicals.

The vibrant colour of our Smoked Haddock is completely natural, achieved by only selecting the freshest, best-quality fish, smoking for longer and in smaller batches.

Our fish pie mix is just what you need for a fuss-free fish pie to feed a hungry crowd. A mix of seasonal white fish and salmon ,the mix comes ready cubed for you to simply add to your sauce, top with creamy, cheesy mash, and throw in the oven for an easy fish pie feast.
