I was having trouble with breakage and my hair falling out whenever I brushed it, ever since I started using this shampoo and conditioner I can't stop getting compliments on my hair. Its super thick and healthy. It grows even when I cut it like every month. Its never frizzy or dry and my scalp has never been itchy. Have a go they are good price and quality product. Rest it depends upon the type of hair you got. Good luck if you are trying !!!!
