DOUBLE The Value of Your NECTAR Points at Sainsbury's Select A/C
Selected accounts can make your Nectar points go further by swapping them for higher value Sainsbury’s vouchers. There's a max redemption of 10,000 points, which is equal to the value of £100.
Download now on the app store or Google Play as you can only swap your Nectar points for vouchers in the app, not in store or online.
You'll be able to swap your Nectar points in the available denominations on the app (2,000, 4,000, 6,000, 8,000, or 10,000 Nectar points). You will only be able to see the denominations available to you based on the amount of Nectar points currently in your account. A maximum of 10,000 Nectar points in total can be swapped during the Promotional Period.
In the app, click 'Points power up' then 'Get started' to swap your points. Then you can choose the amount of the Nectar points you want to swap in the available denominations for vouchers and click 'Confirm and get voucher'. All vouchers will appear instantly in the ‘saved’ section on your Nectar app and in your Sainsbury's ‘My coupon wallet’ on the Sainsbury's website.

Seems as though it is by invitation only, me and three friends have just checked our aps and none of us have this offer unfortunately.
Got this thanks. It's worth pointing out that the vouchers are only valid for 1 month & there are some exclusions, mainly alcohol for Christmas!!
Fingers crossed that this is just making its way across the load balancing etc.... it isn't visible for je yet either, but some Internet stuff and app updates are received on a sort of slow release basis, so could be worth checking in a week....just dont wait until the closing date!

Looked on my nectar card and my husbands - neither have the Points power up! Is it because we go into our local store and don’t use online shopping?
Might help some people if they update their Nectar app. I updated mine two days ago and have the option to double up my points. However, once doubled up, that voucher is only valid for one month from the date you converted and you must convert your Nectar points to the double up, by 24th November. So in simple terms, if you double up on 18th November, you must spend your voucher by 18th Dec.
Beware: The full value of the Vouchers must be spent in one shopping transaction and only valid for a month and also lots of exclusions...read small print beforehand. Big regret now!!!
I have just been caught out by that instore. Had to unexpectedly find £12 worth of shopping!

I have 22,000 points and the latest app version and I still don’t have a ‘Points Power Up’ button to press.
I never seem to have an ‘eligible account’ for anything.
Thanks for sharing the deal. Unfortunately I do not have it, and I have over 31,000 points in my account. They do have a history of upsetting people over this sort of thing though.

Nectar points are well worth collecting. Over the year we have collected enough to equal paying for some gifts and food for this coming Christmas.
