These avocados are ripened through a Soft Ripe chamber. Soft Ripe mimics conditions as though the fruit is still attached to its mother’s tree, allowing it to be unstressed and keeping more moisture within the fruit. This makes the fruit feel firmer, and appear greener from the outside, but it's perfectly ripe inside.

We source different varieties throughout the year to give you the best eating quality. Depending on variety the skin will vary from dark purple/black to dark green, and from knobbly to smooth.
