Smiling as this post brings back memories of a conversation i overheard when i was young,hinckley point was being built and it was said that it would result in free electricity for local communities..yes spin doctors must have been around then as well...

Dose it really cheaper comparing to British gas? Will appreciate advise if someone moved from British gas to Octopus. Thank you
mathewefford Without much effort to change my usage on these Agile tariffs, I probably average around 20p per unit for electricity. If you avoided peak hours. (4pm to 8pm) you could probably do much better.
