We’re the same. I bought some of this last year at full price of course and it’s brilliant if you value your privacy. Just remember it goes transparent when you turn the light on tho!!
We use this stuff & it is very good, we live in a 17th century cottage where the house has no front garden, the wall is directly onto the footpath. It does not offer complete privacy but with a net curtain drastically increases privacy & does help keep the house cooler in summer and still allows us to see out.
I know it isn't for everyone but if you live in a busy area with people walking past all the time, it's very handy. Easy to say have blinds/curtains but if like me, you want and should be able to have light and not be couped up. So it will be a good deal for a lot of people
