I’ve bought so many of this type of eyeliner, eye brow pencils . Only to find them bone dry on receiving them . So won’t get these again .

The eyeliner came dry... no product came out. I thought it may be because it was new but after trying everything I managed to get some product out eventually but then nothing came out after I did one eye.... I would recommend to find another brand.'
Oh what a shame these aren’t that great. I was thinking of getting a couple, but shan’t bother now.
