Able to be fuelled by real wood, charcoal, and even gas with the Ooni Gas Burner attachment (to be ordered separately), the Ooni Karu Pizza Oven features a hardwearing stainless steel body, ceramic fibre insulation, a custom-designed fuel tray which maximises airflow and a lightweight construction that offers easy portability without minimising power and heat. The Ooni Karu Pizza Oven Cooking System is complete with a thick Ooni Baking Stone and patented flame keeper to achieve maximum heat retention while you cook.
