What's the difference between gammon and ham? Well, there isn't really one. Once you've boiled and roasted a gammon it becomes a ham. So gammon is an uncooked joint and ham is a cooked one. That's the simple answer. Equally delicious to eat hot or cold.

Lightly cured, we never use nitrites or nitrates in our gammon, instead simply combining sea salt with demerara sugar, to let the true flavour of our organic, free-range pork shine through. As a result, our gammon doesn't have that same lurid pink colour its more mainstream counterparts, but more than makes up for it with its mouth-watering flavour. They are lightly smoked over wood following a traditional method at a family-run smokery here in Somerset.
