WHEAT Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Protein Blend [Whey Protein Concentrate (MILK) (Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), EGG Protein, MILK Protein Concentrate], MILK Chocolate Drops [Sugar, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring], Baking Powder, Flavouring, Colour (E150c), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions

100 - 150ml of milk or water.Add 2 large grey scoops (60g) Mix lightly. Rest for 1-2 mins Add oil to a pan over a medium heatAdd 2 tbsp of batter, cook for 1½ mins
