Now to the nutritionals. Each serving contains at least 21g protein and 5g BCAAs. As well as being low in sugar (less than 1.5g per serving) and low in fat (less than 2.2g per serving), you’ll find less than 117 calories in every serving (almost 80% of these are from protein).

How is it made?
Let’s get technical. OurPure Whey Protein is made from sweet cheese whey that’s been filtered through an advanced cross-flow membrane. It’s then agglomerated and instantised, using a small amount of sunflower lecithin, to create a silky smooth shake in seconds.
The process takes place at low temperatures to make sure the whey protein remains entirely undenatured. This is the important bit. Undenatured whey protein preserves vital protein fractions, such as lactoferrin and immunoglobulins, resulting in a whey protein with the highest possible nutritional value. That’s what you call quality.
