Omega 6 imported refined seed oils not good for health. Much better to use locally produced cold pressed oil. Imported refined seed oil heat damaged to contain cancer causing Acylamides. Also poisonous solvents like hexane used in extraction , anti foaming and anti odour chemicals added but not declared on packaging.
Much better to use Omega 3 cold pressed oils like Flaxseed, Avacado, Virgin olive , Hemp seed , walnut, hazelnut, almond etc .
samoflondon wow what a comment your wrote but as Asian we use Sunflower/Vegetable oil in daily basis and especially in Ramadan this is best for frying starter’s like Pokoras, Samosas,Kebabs,Aloo tiki plus more things we serve them right after opening Fast I think this is best price I can say Sunflower oil we been using Since Childhood and we all healthy MashAllah those oil your recommended I’m sorry we don’t use in our cooking thanks for commenting might help someone
Queenofdeals786 You get cold pressed oil in Asia . You can get oil from chakki ( oil press) if you go to Indian subcontinent. I have seen mustard/ sarso/ rapeseed oil being extracted from seeds . I don't know why they import refined oil and not pure cold pressed oil from Asia.
samoflondon your right but I think pure oil hard to find these day’s and mustard/Sarso oil my mum used to rub in our hairs in School day’s so many memories, thanks anyway for taking time and commenting take care
