So you get £5 "free" only after you have paid £24.99 (at the end of the "free" trial )! Don't most banks and building societies do kids accounts with a debit card ? Even give a higher rate of interest on kids accounts .
Quite agree with above comment, I certainly won't be encouraging my Grandchildren to use this type of card. They have bank/building society accounts and don't pay for these!
Golfforall only over a certain age, usually 11. My son's had these before they could get ones from the bank and I would highly recommend. Everything can be controlled through an app and linked to chores too.
This first looked like a great deal encouraging young people to save,if you read on Its not a good deal. Easier and cheaper ways to encourage them to save.
I'll not be passing this deal on.
To be fair, children at 11 shouldn't need to learn how to be out using cards etc... They can save in a money jar. £24.99 a month is a rip off. Go got a GoHenry if using anything.
xxStephxx Read the post again. Including the bonus, it works our at £20 for 13 months so over a year.
