telmel I have looked into your comp points and you have reached your limit of 3 comps for points today. You have had 3 x 50 points for them but the one you have had removed was from a month ago so you can’t post another for points today as you earned the points a month ago if that makes sense? I have attached screenshots to help. Thank you
Click your removed comp notification and will take you to the one a month ago so points system is all ok
emmabeckz Emma why has it taken a month to realise someone else posted the same competition ?
Surely the system cannot be messing up so much
Its happening more and more and just seems to be a way to get points removed without being able to replace them
And what happened over the new year when i had post after post was removed for every reason imaginable
Nobody explained to me what happened ?
I give a lot of my time contributing as you know, i just dont expect to be rewarded this way

Hi Tom, i am having problems with my normal points never mind the double points

So i posted two extra competitions to replace the one removed but i did not get a replacement 50 points for either ??

I did not have any response about the incident new year as i am not having now, i just had my comments removed and nothing returned
Can you please have a look at what is happening ?
It cannot be that there are no staff working as someone took the time to remove this one today, but had no timre to reinstate the points

telmel I’ll have a look in my laptop tomorrow and get back to you. The one today though as it was from a month ago you can’t get extra points today as that’s just how the system works. Even if you posted it at 23.59 tonight and it was removed at 00.01 tomorrow, you can’t get them back as it’s the next points day. But leave the rest with me and I’ll look properly tomorrow. By away if apology, I have manually added on 50 points today for the competition removal. Will reply tomorrow. Anything else, please tag me in an old deal of yours in on here thank you
Hi Emma, i copied and pasted the ones that were rejected New Years Eve
I tried replacing each rejection with another competition but each time a new one was rejected
I did send a more detailed account to Tom but it got removed so i cannot show you all , some were pipped at the post rejections
Please dont worry if you cannot do anything about this , you have done enough just acknowledging there was a problem for which i am grateful

telmel Right ok, I can see the posts now and I am unsure myself of the reasons why as the moderator either listed the reason as other or did not leave a comment as to why. What I will do is give you 200 points today and if this happens again, please tag me with the link on an old post and I will see what's going on - its not ideal but hopefully helps a bit?
