This has been rejected, it's clear as day it is an offer, even if the person had just scrolled down the Amazon page they would have seen the other recommended VHS Blockbuster puzzles which cost more than this and could have come to the conclusion that £2 is not near to the RRP. They could have also just done a quick search, used Price Spy and looked at the historic pricing of it over the last year via Keepa.

Terrible moderating decisions and rejecting deals because the RRP or was price has not been put on them is only going to continue to drive people away. It is a ridiculous rule. I don't actually want to put the RRP or was price on the deals, it makes it look like I am just trying to make the offer look better than it actually is. I'm not a salesman and it should be up to the viewer to decide whether it is a deal or not. If they can't tell something is a deal without that percentage discount showing then that is their problem.
