Thai Cookery Class in Oxford

Thaikhun in Oxford is now offering Travelzoo members a Thai cookery class for £29 a head. You'll get an introduction to Thai cuisine and watch demonstrations by a trained chef, before putting your own cooking skills to the test.

A Thai cookery class for one at Thaikhun Oxford, including a welcome drink (non-alcoholic fruit punch) on arrival, an introduction to Thai cooking and ingredients, and an apron and goody bag to take home (this includes recipe cards and any leftovers)

During the session, which lasts between 2-3 hours, you'll learn how to cook two courses, and sit down to eat each course in between chef demos

The class will also teach you about ingredients (and how to source them) and about different cooking techniques

Some of the recipes you might replicate include chicken satay, Thai fish cakes, papaya salad, prawn red curry, chicken green curry, or chicken and basil with rice

Maximum group size is 12. A minimum of four people are needed for the class to go ahead and if it is cancelled the venue will notify you 48 hours before and you will be able to rearrange for a new date.
