For optimal heat retention, we advise that you always pre-heat your product before use and ensure the contents are piping hot at the time of filling. Please note that a Thermocafé product filled to the maximum recommended capacity will retain heat more efficiently than one which is half full

Please note that the main reason for water to become trapped between the linings of the product is if the products are fully immersed into water during the cleaning process. We recommend cleaning the product by filling it with warm soapy water and allow to stand and soak overnight. Rinse thoroughly before use. Thermocafé by Thermos products are not dishwasher safe
