I love QVC but I’ve had to stop buying from there because of the delivery company they use (Evri) who have lost 3 parcels and I’m fighting for the past month to get my money back evri said they delivered and took a photo of my front door with no parcel even there
TracyStorrie yes I have heard some people having problems. I have been very fortunate as all mine have arrived ok. You can call qvc and request that they use Royal Mail
TracyStorrie that’s been on the news I’ve had the same delivery conman mean driver takes photo of parcel left at the door for proof , then picks it up and steals mean takes it away with them
jillylovesyou I asked them and they said they only send certain things by Royal Mail but the majority of items are sent with evri. They also said that I was the first to complain to them about evri as it’s not normally something they deal with. I also told them they have lost 2 of their best customers. Between my mother and myself we spend a lot of money with them. They said they would look into the matter but I’m not holding my breathe. I love cozee home and will miss getting new bed sets etc but I can’t deal with the stress of evri. I suppose my bank balance will be happy
Aenurse1 that’s absolutely shocking I’ve heard of thousands of parcels being dumped in woods but never heard of them stealing them back off front doors. Do they not know most people have door bells that record that’s going to be my next purchase. We used to have an excellent guy who delivered but he got sick and won’t be back to work. He was brilliant and is definitely missed in my village
