You would be cheaper in the long run getting a front doorbell wired to the mains!
2 batteries in two weeks sounds like it is faulty it should last 6 months!
garygemmell no its not a smart one,i got it for a couple of quid of amazon ,it has cost me more in the long run,but its not working at all now so i m on the look out for another one,

Its the Lithium reaction with oxygen dude i doubt many people are using a pair of snips to open their batteries ...well except me i did one last week but no flames - I was most disappointed!
Now the batteries inside a laptop now they are real fun!
Just dont play with them on the plane on the way to Corfu!
