Master Distiller, Lorenzo Rosso celebrates the produce of the Piedmont region by working with farmers in the local community to source the finest herbs and fruits to distil in Villa Ascenti Rosa.

Ripe peaches are hand selected during harvesting season, while Brachetto grapes and key signature botanicals grown on the grounds of the distillery are picked at their freshest.

Only by distilling using 100 Percent natural ingredients can Lorenzo craft the taste of Rosa, which has a subtle sweetness on the palate, with notes of juniper and undertones of floral and citrus hues.

The flavour is enhanced through a Frilli copper pot still during the final distillation, creating a smooth, velvety finish.

Introducing a beautiful homegrown Italian gin capturing the distinctive fruity taste of deliciously ripe peaches grown from the hills of Piemonte. Inspired by the breath-taking views from the villa, we have worked with local farmers to select the most delicious peaches in season. Combined, plump fresh peaches and distilled Brachetto grapes burst with flavour and add a velvety smoothness. Enhanced through copper distillation, the ripe peaches give a sweet fruity note on the nose which is perfectly blended with Tuscan juniper berries. We use only Italian ingredients to create a liquid of the highest quality, clarity of flavour and freshest taste.
