Unique, Extreme Premium Dry Gin A Traditional Dry Gin recipe but with a big difference: rather than a base of grain spirit, our gin is made from Brazilian sugar cane alcohol distilled in traditional copper stills. This base gives the gin a clean, fresh foundation which is complemented perfectly by the botanicals we use to create flavour. Like all gins, Weber Haus ‘48’ Pink Gin uses juniper, with the addition of traditional Brazilian botanicals including yerba mate from Rio Grande do Sul and ginger grown on the Weber family farm, fresh sugar cane leaves and hibiscus flowers creating a characteristic deep pink colour. 44% Alcohol.

A gin with a classic pink hue from its hibiscus flower botanicals. With the freshness of ginger and the delicious fragrant aroma of hibiscus, this gin balances a delicate floral flavour with an impressive juniper-rich finish.

The Weber family has been producing Weber Haus cachaça, rum and gin in small batches in traditional copper stills on the same farm in southern Brazil since 1848. Distilled from sugar cane alcohol and with a unique blend of local botanicals, this dry gin is coloured a vibrant pink with Brazilian hibiscus flowers. The '48' refers to Lot 48 - the original plot of land in the Serra Gaúcha hills settled by the Weber family in 1824 when they first arrived in Brazil.

The Pink Spritz

30ml Weber Haus ‘48’ pink gin

40 ml sparkling water

60ml dry sparkling rosé wine

15ml simple syrup (1part sugar dissolved in 1 part water)

Add gin and simple syrup to a large wine glass over ice. Add sparkling water, then sparkling wine, stir just enough to mix and garnish with two thin slices of orange.
