What are the delivery options for Zoom?

• All items ordered before 12:00p.m (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day. If you experience any issues with delivery, you may contact them at customerservice@zoom.co.uk.
• Orders placed by 12 pm (midday) Monday To Thursday will be delivered next working day.
• Orders placed between 12 pm Thursday and 12 pm Friday will be delivered on the Monday following the weekend.

• Free UK Delivery via second class post- 3-5 working days once product is dispatched.
• 1st Class Delivery is £1.25 per order and takes 1-2 working days provided order is placed prior to 12 pm
• Next Business Day Delivery (Monday to Thursday only) is £5 per order provided the order is placed prior to 12 pm.

• Zoom.co.uk ships to all countries in the European Union.
• For European Delivery they offer a standard 3-6 working day delivery window from dispatch of the goods.
• All delivery times are subject to courier company.
• 1 -2 Units: £1.99, 3- 6 Working Days.
• 3 Units and above: £2.99, 3- 6 Working Days.

How do I return an item to Zoom?

• If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to Zoom within 28 days of the item being dispatched to you for a full refund.
• If you would like to return a product to us, email them directly at customerservice@zoom.co.uk.
• All you need to tell them is which item you wish to return and the reason why. Zoom will then issue you with the Returns address, specific to that item, along with your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
• DVDs and Blue-rays that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return.
• Clothing returns must be unworn and still have the tags attached.The cost of carriage to return a product you no longer require will be paid for by the person returning the product but will require a Returns Authorisation (RA) number sent by the customer services team.
• They will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into their warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and if not available a refund will be given instead. THIS WILL BE VIA FREEPOST and there will be no charge to you.
