That doesn't seem like it'd be enough for Windows 10 to run properly but I suppose for basic use it might be usable.
I use an Asus notebook with Windows 10, 2.16 GHz and 1.89GB memory and there are a few times it becomes sluggish. The price is great but unsure about the tablet and how it runs.
