Can I clarify is it a stamp on the envelope you post the letter in and a second stamp to reciebe a reply is not needed ? Or is it 2 stamps needed one to send and 1 to receive ? thanks
Hi Angela
you only need one stamp on the letter you send
the reply letter is free (no stamp from you required)
The official line is:
Most kids will...."Get an answer in time for Christmas....but "Santa’s very busy this time of year so can’t guarantee he’ll reply"
You’ve missed the Fri 7th Dec deadline for posting your letter to Santa. But you may still be lucky if you’re very quick.
I suggest you don’t tell your children that Santa will reply. Then IF he does it will be a bonus, And if he doesn’t they won’t be disappointed.
Good luck!
I forgot to add our address on my children’s letter to Santa !!! I sent it on 6th december. Is there any way I can still get a reply?
Oops! I can’t see how.
I suggest you secretly send a similar letter to one of the ‘paid for‘ services
I sent 4 letters over 4 weeks ago now all with stamps on plus names and addresses were included inside. Weve not recieved any replys back! Weve got 4 kids asking when santas going to be writting back

They receive about 600,000 requests so are dispatching all the time, as fast as they can, and try to reply to as many kids as possible, but there is no guarantee of a reply letter.
