If only people were kinder to eachother then people wouldn’t have to wear these badges, speaking of my own experiences with invisible disability yet also use a permanent crutch & hand splints yet I still I still get stared & commented at
Great idea, my husband needs something like this but he’d never walk around with a badge on.
Great idea,if you think about it there are so many invisible disabilities,i have 2 of these so would be a great help if I suddenly collaped (These are NOT C-19 related)
The first one is due to blood clots (Pulmonary Embolism) not overweight but easily get out of breath now just doing minor things, so can't over exert myself due to scarred lungs. The other one is due to low blood sugar.(Diabetes) So i always carry dextro energy sugar tablets or chocolate penguins,if feeling light headed/faint I sit down & have sugar quickly.
Hello there
Awe that's sweet of you, thank you very much,it happened (the P,E) in June 2014,I manage little by little and my partner is wonderful & patient in and out of the house and very understanding.
Thank you for your kind words, was lovely to get the reply
Thank you for this share I will check see if it’s still active. My daughter has MS and epilepsy and her balance someday looks as if she drunk and people assume that she is, got the green lanyard but she won’t wear it. I have bad problems so can’t walk far also just has hip replacement so walking with crutches but people are so rude and still push by me or let doles go in my face I really don’t understand people attitude to disabilities it’s cruel and un neccessery no one seems to care anymore
