Sadly there is not a store in Birmingham. I hope that others will find the freebie useful and find a store near to where they live. I thank JoTarpley

I’m sorry but I’m a bit confused! I decided to book one of these to treat my daughter. I managed to book it but I’ve booked a 45 minute appointment (there were different types of facial to choose from all ranging in time from 10 minutes upto 45 minutes. All were showing up as free but the post says “10 minute facials“! I just don’t want to send my daughter for a treat and then they charge her !

Alanhaslam Hi there, Ring up the store, where you are booked and the date and time, once through to store, ask for the counter that is doing the 45 treatment, and just explain that you were looking for a 10 minute free session for your daughter. Can they change it it, if they say NO tell them then you will need to cancel. Hope this helps AudNay

AudNay thanks for taking the time to reply to me . Unfortunately the surprise for my daughter is no longer a surprise. I should have remembered she referred me to this site so she read my earlier comment, LOL . She said she is going to ring up to double check.

My dad booked one few weeks ago for me as a treat . However I received email today stating they had to cancel due to government guidelines

JoTarpley I will but make sure you’re not blaming yourself. It’s most definitely not your fault. Thanks for sharing the offer in first place. It was a good offer . Maybe they overbooked and the cancellation email is some kind of mix up because the text doesn’t mention the guidelines? ! I’ll update when I contact them
