Beginner to advanced/nutrition guide included
Welcome to Get Started.
This programme is perfect if you have never worked out before or if you are recovering from a knee, back or shoulder injury - remember you must have the ok from you doctor before starting any exercise. We recommend you work out 3 times a week for the best results. You can follow one video on these days or you can choose 2 videos to follow to create your own workout, the choice is yours. Once you feel as if you have mastered the moves within these videos you should move onto the Beginner Programme.

I've often seen Davina and her fitness on TV, she's genuine, fascinating and addictive to watch and about one of the only ones I'd trust with something like this! Remember when every other 'Celebrity' was bringing out exercise DVD's??? OMG x
