carlp666 I just refreshed the page, it took me to the same page, but when you go to subscriptions it had been processed...check your bank if you put the details in, as they take 1p to check your details are authentic
mbssupplies my subscription says active. how long does it take for them to deliver. should i wait until i recieve the box to cancel?
scenestar7 hi I chased them up yesterday as my test payment of 1 penny had cleared from the account on 19th and Id had no email or anything from them!...they were quick to respond to say that they allow up to ten days (not working days) for the first free box to arrive...I’m leaving it until the ten day mark, then deciding whether to continue or cancel. I like the idea of it, but to be honest I’m not impressed with their levels of communication....it also says on their site that you are billed 2 days before your next box is dispatched
