According to the T&Cs, the offer is valid in the USA, Canada and UK. So it's a scam.
I've ordered one of these to try out. It's always good to try a sample before purchasing the actual product, especially when it involves skin care

I have just messaged this company via there online contact form asking if they have any samples left to send as it states on the website they are available while stocks last. Will message here if/when I get a response. Xx
