I’ve read their FAQ before and I find them a bit sketch tbh. Here’s what they say:
PLEASE SEND US
Like-new secondhand clothing that has been freshly laundered.
New-with-tags (NWT) items.
Top women’s brands we love: Karen Millen, Diesel, Coast, Mango, Zara, Kate Spade etc
Designer brands
Items that are in-season, on-trend, and have been purchased within the past five years.
How much does the charity get from my donation?
The higher the value of the item sold, the more the charity gets.
Payment is as follows:
1. £00.00 - £40 - 20%
2. £40.01 - £100 - 40%
3. +£100 - 60%
3. +£100 - 60%
————————————————
So basically if an item is under £40, Re-Fashion gets 80% of the sales? I’m not cool with this personally...
This reminds me of putting out charity bags and someone else in a van calls and collects them before the actual charity arrives to get the bags themselves!
