Once this form has been completed, you will receive an email within 2 working days with an invoice for delivery charge - Delivery charge of £4 will apply to UK orders, £10 for international orders. Once this delivery charge is paid, product will be fulfilled ASAP so long as government regulations allow our fulfilment centre to continue working.

Your Employer ID will be cross-checked to ensure eligibility. If possible, please reply to the automatic response you receive to your email with a picture of your ID.

Whilst stocks last — if your preferred colour is not available, we will substitute for a colour that is available. If there are not enough products remaining we will send one product to each Key Worker to ensure as many people as possible are able to receive this gift of gratitude.

We will not be able to accept returns for refunds or exchanges on free items.
