Before uploading your photo please make sure that you take your photo with your face in the middle of the picture, on a plain off-white, cream or light grey background. Paspic will take care of the rest!
Select a JPEG format image file which is larger than 900 x 900 pixels. Press the "Upload" button.

After you are advised by Paspic® that your photo will be accepted by the relevant passport authority, you may purchase on-line hardcopy prints of your Passport Photos from Paspic.com. These prints will then be posted by Paspic® to you within 2 working day (FREE Postage & Packaging)
It appears that UNLESS a payment of £6 is made it is not Free Postage. (no postage is required if you don't want hard copies).

CherylParry There aint no such thing as a FREE lunch I just hope my comment alerts people to this - it doesn't make it too clear that this service is only for very young children's passport pictures where the requirements are not as stringent. But every reference I've seen to Paspic only mentions children's pictures.
Not too sure on this but believe passport photo's can be uploaded digitally to passport office now - without this firm validating them (and ripping off the unwary in the process)
