Whilst stocks last.
A tender herbaceous perennial, sometimes also known as Peruvian Wood Sorrel due to it originating from the Andes mountain range. It produces characteristic dainty oxalis-shaped leaves with a lemon-like flavour, and better still, bright red and yellow tubers that can be used raw in salads, or steamed, cooked or fried, used in a similar way to sweet potatoes but with a more tangy, nutty flavour and smaller tubers.
Supplied as a well-established plug plant, pot up immediately on arrival and grow on in a warm and bright place indoors, such as a sunny south-facing windowsill.
