I bought the wristband it is rather large if you have a small wrist like mine it keeps falling off, what you getting free is the positivity guided emails and u don't have to opt in to buy the wristband and can always use your own or an elastic band, as it a charity trying to bring about change I bought the wristband to support the initiative as really like what they are trying to do in the world .just wish it was a tad smaller or came in different sizes other than that it looks exactly like picture and v happy with this ,was delivered fast but for the price I have to say i expected that. Still a great looking visual reminder.
