All JUMP E-Bikes across London Now Free for NHS Staff

We are proud to offer free rides on our e‑bikes to all NHS staff.

JUMP operates in the London boroughs of Camden, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea and Hackney, covering eight large NHS Trusts with tens of thousands of NHS staff.

We are working closely with councils to ensure that all NHS workers in these areas are able to travel quickly and safely to work, free of charge.

How it works

Used Uber before?

If your Uber account is registered with your NHS address, there is nothing else you need to do, you are now ready to ride!

If your account is registered with a non‑NHS address, let us know through the link below, and we’ll apply credits to your account. You’ll receive an email from us when your free rides are ready.

Your account will be credited with 50 free trips, up to a maximum value of £10 / trip.

New to Uber?

1 ‑ Download the Uber app, and follow the sign‑up instructions using your NHS email address.

2 ‑ Once signed up, you can change the transport mode from ‘Rides’ to ‘Bikes’ at the top of the main screen and see the available bikes on the map.

3 ‑ Wait for our confirmation email ‑ it may take up to 12 hours, but we will endeavour to do this as soon as possible.

4 ‑ You are now ready to ride! Your account will be credited with 50 free trips, up to a maximum value of £10 / trip.
