I've tried a few times with and never had anything so far. I even emailed as we are a genuine company needing promotional items but they have never replied.

hollydolly1994 you never know, there may have been a problem with their site previously but I was surprised that they never replied to my email as it was about placing an order for promotional materials that we needed in June.
Fingers crossed though
