Do you want to prepare your body AND your mind for pregnancy and birth? Then the Happy Heads course, covering everything from breathing techniques in pregnancy through to transforming a space for birth, is for you.

Mindfulness expert Happy Heads teaches adults, children and teens simple ways to deal with stressful situations or big life changes. And founder Kim Murray has created a four-week course, usually worth £55 but totally free for Netmums members, designed to help you have a calm and relaxed pregnancy.

Kim Murray is a Meditation Teacher and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) practitioner bringing a wealth of personal and professional experience - Happy Heads teaches people of all ages how to nurture their mental health and wellbeing. Kim is also a mother to a young daughter so deeply understands how mentally and physically challenging pregnancy can be.

This Happy Heads course will empower you with simple mindful tools and techniques to ensure you stay calm, relaxed, confident and grounded throughout your pregnancy journey, birth and beyond.

Each week you’ll have a video to watch showing your breathing technique, insight into the topic, top tips and tools to look after your wellbeing throughout pregnancy. You’ll also receive a weekly meditation recording for you to do at home.
