The Today Podcast is a weekly pod brought to you from the team behind BBC Radio 4’s Today programme. Each week Amol and Nick discuss a big story in the news – with more time and space to get to grips with what’s really going on.

Be part of the audience for the first live recording of The Today Podcast. See Amol and Nick on stage as they are joined by some special guests and get the chance to put your questions to them both.

Amol Rajan and Nick Robinson are both presenters of BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, the UK’s most influential radio news programme. Amol was the BBC’s media editor for six years and is the former editor of the Independent, he’s also the current presenter of University Challenge. Nick has presented the Today programme since 2015, he was the BBC’s political editor for ten years before that and also previously worked as ITV’s political editor.

Tickets will be allocated by random draw.

You can register at any time until 11.55pm on Wednesday 29 May.

You can apply for a maximum of two tickets.

How to be in the audience

Step 1: Apply for tickets

Tickets for this show are being allocated by random draw, so when we receive your ticket request your details are added to the list of applicants. Applications are accepted until the publicised closing date/time.

Step 2: Receive a message

Once the random draw has closed all eligible requests are entered into the draw. If successful, we notify you by text message and send your e-ticket(s) to your email address. If unsuccessful you will be kept on the waiting list in case anyone cancels their tickets.

Step 3: Bring your tickets and ID

We do our best to get the numbers right, but unfortunately we occasionally have to disappoint people. Remember that every guest must bring original approved photo ID.
