1.1. These are the terms and conditions of sale of Millican Limited (trading as Millican), whose registered office is at Windrush, Dorothy Well, Portinscale, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 5RQ, United Kingdom. Registered with Company Number 06650468 and VAT Number GB936347992. These terms apply to all online purchases of Millican goods made using www.homeofmillican.com. We recommend that you read this document carefully before placing your order.

1.2. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

Your Order

2.1. Every order you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The final details of your order will be set out on the “CHECKOUT” page prior to proceeding to the “PAYMENT” page. After the authorisation of your debit card or credit card, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, detailing the products you have ordered together with an order number. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Millican. We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or refuse access to the website. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if there are any errors in your order.

Product Guarantee

3.1. Millican offers a limited lifetime guarantee against possible defects in materials and craftsmanship of all products. The guarantee starts from the date the product was purchased. In the event of a defect arising during the guarantee period, please contact Millican by email at hello@homeofmillican.com or by telephone on +44 (0)1768 778 778.

3.2. Millican will repair your product, or replace it with a similar product, free of charge. When making a claim, you will need to provide your original dated receipt or invoice from Millican from the store or website where the product was purchased.
