The Hermes portal means you can access 24/7 customer support, add photos of your preferred safe place, keep track of your parcel's progress and even divert it if you know you’re not going to be in. Alternatively select Royal Mail for a more traditional service, and your friendly postie will drop off your parcel, or leave you a card to re-arrange if you are not in when he or she calls.
