1 By using the promotion code EXTRA20 you will be able to make a purchase on the House of Fraser website at www.houseoffraser.co.uk and/or the House of Fraser app that will give you 20% off the price of the products purchased from the Outlet by entering the promotion code EXTRA20 at the relevant stage of checkout (subject to the exclusions set out in these terms) (the Promotion).

2 In order to use the Promotion you must go onto the House of Fraser website at www.houseoffraser.co.uk and make a purchase at checkout and/or go onto the House of Fraser app and make a purchase at checkout.

3 The Promotion will run from 00:01 on 28th May 2020 until 23:59 on 15th June 2020. All times are listed in GMT.

4 The Promotion cannot be used:

1. in conjunction with any other promotion/discount;

1. on any delivery charges;

1. on purchases made in-store; and

1. on products that are not advertised as being part of the Outlet.

1. for certain brands and products including, without limitation: Mulberry, Jo Malone and any other brands or products as determined by the Promoter in its discretion

5 There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.

6 The Promotion only applies to products that are advertised as being on part of the Outlet section on the House of Fraser website at >www.houseoffraser.co.uk/sale and/or the Outlet section on the House of Fraser app (the Outlet).

7 The Promoter is House of Fraser Limited whose registered office is at Unit A Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY (the Promoter).

8 The Promotion may be altered or varied at the Promoter's sole discretion.

9 The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.

10 No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.

11 By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12 No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.

13 Employees and agents of House of Fraser Limited and its Group companies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.

14 The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.

15 The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.

16 The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
