This competition runs from Wednesday 12th August 2020 to Friday 28th August 2020

Union JACK Radio will select up to five pub gardens nominated above to go through to the next round, which is a public vote.

The winning pub will be the pub with most unique votes.

Only 1 vote per pub, per individual will be counted.

Multiple votes for the same pub by the same individual will not be counted.

The finalists will be chosen by a panel of Union JACK Radio Judges.

Nominations will be judged on the strength and entertainment value of the submission.

The number of nominations will pull no weight in the decision of the judges. A pub only needs to be nominated once to be in with a chance.

The prize consists of £260. Which works out at £5 per week for 52 weeks. This will be delivered either by cheque or bank transfer within 28 days.

All individuals who nominate the winning pub will be put into a draw and the winner of the money will be selected at random from those in the draw.

This competition is open to people aged 18 and over only

The winner will be informed of their win by email or phone using the contact details provided

Union JACK Radio may call you to discuss your nomination further, which may be broadcast on the radio.

The finalist pubs will be given a chance to have an interview on Union JACK Radio

Union JACK's decision is final
