Hey ShirleyJones, thanks for the comment - yes, it's only available with Amazon Prime, the membership program. You can get a 30 day trial to it (which means you'll be able to get this delivered for free), but if you're a regular member of Latest Deals, then I really recommend investing into it as nearly all the deals we share (and as a rule, all the deals I share) are with Prime.
