The frame design seems to be from a factory that makes some very cheap non-ebikes too and I've seen those reviewed with very low ratings. To put a 750W hub motor on such a bike seems quite risky. Also worth pointing out if you import such a bike yourself it can avoid the certification process as its a personal import so the battery pack could be dangerous especially as a 750W motor will pull far more current which could be a greater fire risk.
