I don’t actually have this item, I just saw it on the website and hoped it was a good deal 
My shoe rack was bought from Amazon and it has more levels than this, with canvas material spanning the levels. Funny thing is, despite all the space my teenage daughter still leaves her shoes all over the house! Lol.
