It's great to save money but some products you simply shouldn't cheapskate on. If you have an expensive phone, why would you risk connecting it to a plug like this, especially that some items like this can cause fire. Not saying it will but I wouldn't use one myself.

Now most important thing.

CE also stands for China Export and logo is almost identical.

SebK84 I was going to say the same thing, it's not safe to use this kind of plugs, especially if your gadgets are very expensive. Plus there is a fire risk, as well.
