keepitjijjy I just use Apple Cider vinegar and save money . Also take multivitamin, eat Beetroot, pomegranate. Most of these sweets have too much sugar(read glucose syrup and Sucrose ) in them which takes away all the benefits .

tbrown0 sugar has no health benefits just rotten teeth , obesity and diabetes . There are Apple Cider vinegar tablets from Nordic without any added sugar
