Most of the toy items are new however they have damaged boxes ect... That they do not state on the listing, having bought quite a few items over the years from Argos eBay, plus some toys are refurbished (customers returns) that is not stated also, we purchased a star war's talking helmet, when it arrived it was clearly used/returned, it was covered in scratches ect... And all other items the boxes were in poor condition

Alot of items are out of stock but still listed.
